For those who like to entertain and create memorable occasions for family and friends at home, you will learn the 'tricks' to produce impressive and vibrant dishes with a minimum of effort but maximum impact.

The Melbourne cooking school is homebased and friendly making it comfortable for communication between old and new friends along with staff. 'Learning comes from enquiry', therefore questions and queries are warmly encouraged within the class. For any problems out of hours, these can quickly be solved by phone or through e mail.   

Many people attend classes not only to improve their culinary skills and repertoire, but also to catch up with friends or an organized gathering of school or work groups for a day or evening of 'something different'.

Classes are purely demonstration and so are relaxing and informative allowing participants to sit back and observe with a glass of wine and then taste all dishes demonstrated.

Comfort food will be the theme  of this class. Those lucky enough to have you cook for them will experience the wonderful rich and earthy flavors of  Dahl, slow cooked beef bourguignon  well as rich and luscious chocolate desserts and lots more.
